Neil is a reservation-only nail salon for people who want the hand to look finished, not decorated.
The work is gel on the natural nail. We shape it short, keep the color inside a small palette, and stop before the set becomes a costume. Guests come for a repeatable look: something that sits with a black coat and does not ask for attention across a table.
The room is one floor, a few desks, and no retail. You are with one stylist for the whole sitting. English is the language of the chair. If you need a longer explanation of care, we will give it. We will not upsell a charm.

What we will not do
No extensions. No gems that catch on knitwear. No filing the nail plate thin so a color will grip. If the nail needs a rest, we say so and we book a care visit instead of a full set.
Prices on the menu are the prices. They follow what a private Tokyo salon actually charges for thin gel and a short art set. This page is a design sample, so the address and the phone number are not real.
